Offer settings is step 4 of the offer editor. It holds the options that decide who sees the offer, how prices show, how the discount works with others and when the offer runs.
Names and title
Internal name: only you see it. Use it to tell your offers apart.
Block title: shown to shoppers above the tiers. Tick Hide lines beside the title to remove the lines on each side of it.
Discount name: what shoppers see next to the discount in the cart and at checkout. If you leave it empty, they see the title of the tier they bought. Avoid price or product variables here: if you use one, shoppers see the tier title instead.
Visibility
Markets: with All, the offer works in every market. Choose a market to show the offer and apply the discount only there.
Exclude markets: turns your choice around, so the offer works everywhere except the market you picked. With All selected, nothing is excluded.
Exclude B2B customers: B2B customers don’t get the offer. It works with Shopify B2B only, not with B2B apps from other providers.
Only discount items added from the offer: the discount applies only to items added with the offer. If it’s off, shoppers also get it when they reach a tier’s quantity using your theme’s own add to cart button.
Pricing and cart
Show price per item, Show prices without decimals and Use product compare-at price (on by default) only change how prices look in the offer.
Round prices rounds each tier’s discounted price to the Ending you pick (.99, .95, .90, .x9, .x0 or .00), and shoppers pay the rounded price. With .x9 and .x0 only the last digit of the cents is fixed.
Show the tier price on the product page changes the product price in your theme, and Show the total on the Add to cart button adds the tier total to that button. Both only show in your store, not in the preview.
Go straight to checkout in Cart sends shoppers to checkout right after they add the offer, skipping the cart.
Combinations and active dates
In This offer can be combined with:, tick Product discounts, Order discounts and Shipping discounts to let the offer stack with your other discounts. All three are ticked by default. Shopify only combines two discounts if both allow it; if not, it applies the best one. On the same product, only the best product discount applies.
In Active dates, set the Start date and Start time, in your store’s time zone. Tick Set end date to add an End date and End time. The offer only shows, and the discount only applies, between those dates.
Low stock alert
Turn on Low stock alert to show a short message when the selected variant is running low in your Shopify inventory. Set Show when fewer than (5 by default), the Alert text (by default, “Only {{stock}} left”) and its Color. If the preview product has more stock than your number, the alert doesn’t show in the preview.
